To register for NADEC, simply mail, fax (518.465.2682) or e-mail (nadec2009@gmail.com) the following information to:

If you are traveling as a group or family, we only need one mailing/email address.

Room Fees:
We have arranged a special rate with the Crowne Plaza Hotel of only $99/night/room.  You can house as many people as you’d like in a room.  It is our suggestion that six can fit comfortably enough.  They have rooms with two double beds and one king bed.  To book the room, please call 1-888-233-9527 and use code “ERO.”   

We have cheap accommodation available at The Free School for those who can’t afford the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  Rates are $10/person/night.  For democratic school staff/students, the rate is only suggested.

Conference Fees:
We are offering FREE conference fees for anyone that stays at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and FREE for staff/students from democratic schools.  This includes groups.  For all others who stay at alternative locations, here are the rates:

$100/adult
$75/student
$50/child

Scholarships and/or volunteer opportunities are available.  Contact for details.
